Noor Mohammad Sarkar, MA

Mr. Noor Mohammad Sarkar has been working as a PhD Research Scholar at the School of Political Science and Public Administration, Shandong University, China since 2017.

Before he enrolled as a PhD student, he was working as a Research Associate and Research Assistant, International Affairs Division, at Bangladesh Institute of Law and International Affairs (BILIA) since 2012 to 2017.

Mr. Noor Mohammad Sarkar published his researches as book chapters, monographs, policy briefs and issue briefs in various renowned peer reviewed journals. He has been engaged in various research projects based on “Belt and Road Initiative” International Relations, challenges and prospects in diverse aspects.

Mr. Noor Mohammad Sarkar writes regularly in various national and international dailies and magazines e.g. Modern Diplomacy, China Daily, The Financial Express, The News Today, The Daily Star etc.

Mr. Noor Mohammad Sarkar also performs as an Editorial Assistant of Bangladesh Journal of Law and Journal of International Affairs, Biannual Journals   published by BILIA.
