Abstract Submission and Publication
Abstracts (maximum 500 words) on the conference topics are being invited from the interested authors. The abstract should be submitted through the online system by 30th November 2024. The detailed procedure for the abstract submission is available on the Conference website. An individual can be the lead author of a maximum of two papers. Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent by 30th November 2024. All submissions are peer-reviewed. Pre-conference proceedings will be e-published based on the accepted abstracts of the registered authors. Post-conference proceedings of selected abstracts/papers (in the form of full papers) would be published as post-conference proceedings with ISBN. The organizing committee is currently in touch with internationally renowned publishers regarding publishing the post-conference volume. A paper must be presented to be considered for selection for the post-conference proceedings. A panel of experts will make the selection of awards based on the merits of the abstract and presentation as follows;
- Best Paper Award
Awarded to the presenter of the most outstanding research paper based on originality, research depth, and presentation quality.
- Best Presentation Award
Given to the participant who delivers the most engaging and impactful presentation, considering clarity, delivery, and overall engagement with the audience.
- Best Poster Award
Presented to the best poster presentation, evaluating creativity, design, clarity, and scientific contribution.
- Young Innovator Award
Recognizes the most promising young researcher for innovative and forward-thinking ideas that push the boundaries of their field.
- Most Promising Research Award
Presented to a researcher whose work shows the most potential for significant impact in their field or society.
- Most Impactful Research Award
Recognizes research that addresses pressing global issues and has the potential to make a significant societal impact.
- Conference Participation Certificate
Awarded to all participants, acknowledging their contribution and involvement in the conference sessions.
- Workshop/Training Certificate

Bangladeshi citizens having full-time affiliations (as students/employees) abroad will not qualify as local participants.
METHOD OF REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Authors of accepted abstracts and interested participants will be able to register and make payments using the online platform hosted on the conference website. Registered authors and participants will be notified through email. Registration form is available on the conference website and send all the documents to the conference secretariat through email by the specified date.
