What We Do
The Center for Research Innovation and Development (CRID) engages in a wide range of interdisciplinary research areas aimed at fostering sustainable development. Our key focus areas include the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), climate change and environmental sustainability, agricultural innovation and food security, and education and skill development. We also emphasize research in health systems and public health, migration and diaspora studies, youth empowerment and entrepreneurship, and ICT for Development (ICT4D). CRID is committed to advancing social innovation and community development, water resources and disaster management, gender equality and social inclusion, as well as policy advocacy and governance.
