Who We Are

Center for Research Innovation and Development (CRID) is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit multidisciplinary research center based in Dhaka, Bangladesh run by a team of prominent researchers.

CRID started its journey on the 1st May 2017 and it is incorporated with the specific purpose to undertake and disseminate research and innovation culture among young minds.

Researchers from diverse backgrounds around the world have been engaged in different capacities with the CRID research and innovation team.  

CRID is interested to cooperate with research organizations, independent researchers, and related stakeholders in Bangladesh and globally.

What We Do

The activities of CRID are as following but not limited to:

  • Creating a platform for researchers in multidisciplinary capacities to foster research and innovation nationwide
  • Conducting cutting-edge research and incubating innovations to deal with the 4th industrial revolution owing to achieve the sustainable development of the nation
  • Conducting research in different capacities e.g. project based, collaborative etc. with the local and global teams
  • Guidance for individual students’ research in choosing appropriate research method and model until publishing
  • Networking with high profile academician, researchers and industry stakeholders globally
  • Sharing research skills, different software and research tools with the undergraduate
